Will this Desktop run the latest games and future HD Games?

I'm going to purchase a Supercombo from Newegg.com and here is the final product link

My question is; will it play all of the latest HD PC games such as Battlefield 3 smoothly, Skyrim, CoD etc? If you could provide proof that it will, I could figure it out but 10 points to first/best answerer. (I'm meant to be studying atm) Cheers :)

    It will play any current game but there are already games which it isn't capable of maxing out with it's mid range graphics card, this will only get worse in time.

    Edit: The second machine has no graphics card.
