Helping kids put on weight?

I am a very skinny person...after having 4 kids I weigh 110 pounds. I eat healthy ik just have a high matabolism. So I would think it is only natural for my kids to be skinny as well. My three year old daughter only weighs 28 pounds my four year old boy weighs 36 and my 6 year old boy weighs 39. I feed them good meals and even spoil them with fast food at least 3 times a month. I give them vitamins and feed them snacks anytime they ask for it. Yet they are all still so skinny. They don't have any health problems and have seen a doctor every year since being 1. Before that it was 2,4,8,10,and 12 month. Does anyone have any ideas on how to help them put on weight.

I work at a nursing home and the way we get our elderly to gain weight is by giving them lots of nutritious foods and then wherever you can, enrich the foods with additional ingredients like yogurt, fruit, nuts, and healthy fats.

If their doctor doesn't see cause for concern, just let it be. They'll grow in their own time and at their own pace.

If they have a variety of nutritious foods and are getting what they need, then this is just what their body is supposed to be at this point in time. They don't need to put on weight if they're growing normally otherwise.

Kids are meant to be skinny anyway. They don't need as much body fat as adults, so your kids are probably quite appropriate, biologically.

If this is natural for them, they are healthy and your doctor hasn't suggested that you try to get them to gain weight, then I would probably accept that they are thin. If you still want them to gain some weight, you might try giving them an Ensure with each meal.

as long as a doctor says they are fine, they are. Don't try and make them fatter, or put on weight. If a doctor says that they are unhealthily skinny, then he will help you with fixing that problem. Also a nutritionist would be helpful
