Should I get easy toon or flipnote?

I was looking into getting an easy to pick up animation program to mess around with when I feel creative or bored.

I've used easy toon before and it is what I'm looking for to some extent... But I saw a video with flipnote and saw that it had color.

I haven't used easy toon in about 5 years, so I don't remember too much. All I'm really asking for is

    Both are good to play with, but do not use either for serious animation.

    And if you are merely playing with it, adding color might look nice, but is tedious too add it.
