WHAT SHOULD I DO???? HELP PLEASE?

I just came off a bus and saw this car pass by. I thought they were these kids at school that are mean to me so i stuck my middle finger at them. Turns out, it was a lady in the car. she slammed the brakes and reversed the car. She yelled at me sooooo hard. She asked me if I wanted to say it to her face. I was scared as anything. i told her that it was a misunderstanding but before i could continue my sister closed my garage. I feel like she is going to call the cops. I feel horrible and scared. she lives on my street but about 6 housed down from mine. What should I do???????????
