Hi... I a 17 year old 5'8 105 pounds. I don't have anorexia, just a really fast metabolism like my parent do today. tired of being skinny I started to workout. I have not gained much in the past few months of my old routine which was chest tri, back bi, legs and should.... but I usually got too tired after ine body part was done... these days I have been doing the workout routine of

Mon-Shoulder tri

tue- back bi

wed- rest

thur- chest

fri- legs

sat-Arms

sunday-rest

I have great recovery time and do around 3 sets of 8 sets with good form. Is this routine too intense for someone like me? What is the best type of workout for a hardgainer whether it is a full body workout or a split? should I continue this are change it up???

My cousin hot a growth spur in the summer of senior year I still thing I can grow taller.. With that being said I was wondering if I should start working out. I am worried of stunting my growth because two of my uncles over worked out a lot during high school and ended up not growing at all. So I am simply worried of stunting my growth. Do you think I should wait until college to work out Or can I start now without hurting growth? Also can you tell me any exercising machine that is bad and can hurt growth? P's my projected height is a bit above 5 ft9

Hi, I am 5'7 and 95 pounds and 16 years old. (Yeah, I know I'm Skinny and i am not anorexic) I eat more than 2500 calories a day and my parents were very skinny as children. I also have really fast metabolism so it is nearly impossible for me to gain weight. both my parents are 5'7. My moms side is very tall, but my dads side is very short. I want to be at least 5'9. Also, i dont do any sports and so minimum exercise. My friend said that I need to work out, in order to grow taller and bigger, and fatter. He used to be skinny but, he got a lot bigger when he started to work out. So should I start working out? Also, will working out make me taller and bigger and fatter...? or should I start by just running outside and building up my stamina? What should I do to get taller faster??????

Hi, I'm almost 16 and ever since i got my braces taken off, i have noticed that my mouth looks so much smaller and jaw looks smaller in compairison to my face and my nose. Now my nose looks really big because my face is very small. Will my face grow to make everything on it look proportionate? also. should I stop wearing my vetainers so that my mouth shifts back to wear it used to be? Please tell my anything that can help my face look bigger. Do you know when your face stops growing

Should I take AP Enviro next year as the only AP class i qualify for? Also If I take AP Envrio next year, then that will be the only science I take as a junior and will take physics senior year or over the summer.

Should I take academic Physics next year with Honors engineering Technology?

(btw- these are the only two combinations of classes I can take)

Which one should I take and why? also, If i take option 2, will it look bad to college's that I didn't take any AP classes as a Junior and only took a few senior year?? or will AP enviro look better

I just came off a bus and saw this car pass by. I thought they were these kids at school that are mean to me so i stuck my middle finger at them. Turns out, it was a lady in the car. she slammed the brakes and reversed the car. She yelled at me sooooo hard. She asked me if I wanted to say it to her face. I am very smart and got accepted to Stanford in CA. This is the only Ivy league I got into. My other option is going to Rutgers University in NJ. I really want to go to Stanford but I live in NJ and My parent told me that I will no longer belong to my family if I leave NJ and go to Stanford. (I am in an Indian family so my parents dont listen to me) What should I do?????

I REALLY want to get into Pace University's Honors program. In order to qualify to get into the program, I need to get a 3.8 gpa UNWEIGHTED in my Junior year of highschool in order to average out qualifying scores. So only way I can achieve a 3.8 gpa unweighted by the end of junior year, is to take all academic classes junior year and do very well in them. My weighted gpa wont count towards qualifying (I called and asked them).

So would it look really bad that I took zero honors or AP classes Junior year???

I am going to take 4 AP classes Senior year, I have taken 1 honors class so far, and I am president of a club, 300+ volenteering hours, and part of many more clubs, and i have a scubadiving certification.

I got a 3.4 gpa freshman year and took no honors. In 10th grade I took Honors US History and barely got a B- in it. My 10th grade gpa was a 3.2. I HAVE to get a GPA of 3.5 by the end of Junior year unweighted or else I will not be able to qualify into getting into this honors program I want to do at Pace university. So I basically need a 3.8 gpa Junior year in order to average out a 3.5 gpa which means that i will get accepted into the honors program. So is it okay to take no honors or AP classes Junior year and try my best to get a 3.8 gpa??? or will it just look bad. If I take no honors or AP's junior year, then I plan to take 4 AP's Senior year.

Dont I need to finish the couse first and then take the AP test?

I want to take AP Psych and AP Enviromental science Junior year becuase I need a good GPA booster and dont have enouph space for Academic physics. So would it look bad that I didnt take any "Science classes" Junior year other then AP Enviro or would it be fine to take physics senior year instead.
