Extreme Fatigue - 4th pregnancy?
I have 3 children already and am pregnant with our 4th. While I am thankful this is the first pregnancy I haven't had horrible morning sickness, I do have the worst fatigue I've ever experienced. How can I cope and make things better? I sleep great at night- but wake up and feel like I have to fight to keep my eyes open. I go through the entire day like this- and sometimes I just can't do it anymore- and snooze on the couch. I feel like I can't get anything done. =(

Yea. i know how you feel. my 2nd pregnancy was like that. i was so drop dead exhausted all the time. i would sleep all night, and still wake up feeling drained and tired. all i wanted to do was sleep 24/7. Its very normal in the first trimester. unfortunately there isn't much you can do about it. It should get better as you get into the 2nd trimester. sometimes when i needed a little extra energy. i would eat or drink some sugar. probably not the best thing to do, because of the sugar crash after wards. but i was so tired, that sometimes i just needed a little energy temporarily. hang in there. it will get better.
congrats on your 4th baby!

My mother had two girls first and was sick the whole time
Then she had a boy and was fatigued a lot
Something about the hormones that the different sexes of babies give off
She went to the doctor and he give her some pills that were safe for the baby
that would help her cope with everything that the baby was taking from her
and he also said to eat more because the baby was taking everything from her
Good luck and Congratulations!
