Hi there, i just bought a used mini moto and had to put a new throttle cable on it, but everytime i pull the pull start the back wheel spins at the same time of the pull.
Does anyone know how to sort this ?
Thanks in advance

You did not state the exact make, model and year. Most mini-moto's are automatics that have pull starts.
If the back wheel is spinning every time you pull the starter, you freewheeling centrifugal clutch/torque converter is stuck.
Some of them have a wet clutch and some have a dry clutch. Check to make sure you have oil in the crankcase if yours has a wet clutch. If it is a dry clutch, you are going to need to have it serviced.
