i love this store, u can get outfits for a dollar.. good name brand things too.. u might as well sell your things there.. better than them just taking up space..

My only issue is that they are so picky that I've rarely sold anything there....we're talking the most minute spots that really can't be seen when worn but hey, I guess if people want used looking clothes they hit the yard sales. I can get some brand new clothes on the sale rack at Target for cheaper than used at OUAC.

I have never sold to them but shop there quite often. Actually, I tried to sell them an infant's spring dress and boy's suit w/ tie, including dress shoes, a couple years ago. Worn once and worth about $50-$60 and they wanted to give me like $5 for it all. It's still hanging in the closet waiting for someone I know who can wear it because that was an insult.

Anyways, I would rather give them to someone for free or donate it to Goodwill, which I do often. Anytime I have been there at the counter while someone came in to complete their sale or called about their items, I've only heard rude things from the employees. I've never had a bad buying experience there but I keep my visits short and try to mind my own business lol.

I have bought there and find them to be somewhat overpriced at times. I attempted to sell a few items, and they rejected them saying they were "too worn." Two of the items were brand new, and one was worn once, so I am not sure how they judge wear. I have seen much more worn items on their racks. I think it probably depends a lot on who you go to. Each store has its own owner, policies, and pricing, so it is hard to generalize.

Never had a problem but don't expect a lot of money for your clothes
