i met 3 months ago, an english girl here (in lisbon portugal) and we are seeing a lot. we are dating, we are having sex, etc. last week she said she has a bf in UK, but she said that's no problem to her and the guy. i felt weird and she called me old-fashioned.
so my question is: is this normal for British?

This has nothing to do with her being British, and everything to do with her being a massive liar and a cheat. I bet her boyfriend would have a BIG problem with you messing around with his girlfriend. Save yourself and let her go.

No, its not. If i were you I would cut off your relationship. its likely her boyfriend in the UK doesn't know anything about you, and if he did him and her would probably break up.
