What's a good way to reward an achievement?

Hi. So it's Lent right now. I have been fasting since the first day of lent til now. I chose to give up meat (fish, meat, chicken, seafood, anything animal). So... It will be over in 2 weeks! I'm almost there!! I haven't been eating the "prohibitted" foods since February 28. (orthodox lent).

This is the first year I do this and hopefully I make it through the whole Lent. If I do, I want to do somethin nice and celebrate my 7-week endurance.

Any ideas? Recipes maybe?

Thanks.

A nice roasted leg of lamb is a traditional way to celebrate the Resurrection of the Lord (and is not so much a reward for good behavior). The normal Orthodox fasting regimen of Wed & Friday (after a fast-free week following Pascha) resumes, of course.

    Blessings.
