Which sentence is grammatically correct?

Both sound right but I know one of them is wrong.

"It is important that the Tenant complies to the Landlord's request"; Or

"It is important that the Tenant complies with the Landlord's request"

Thanks! :)

The correct statement is the second: "It is important that the Tenant complies WITH the Landlord"s request".

The definition of comply is "to act or be in accordance with".
