It's "jawohl" It means:
1. affirmative
2. yes
3. Yes, Sir
In German, you pronounce the letter j as "y" and the letter w as "v"
With the second one, I think that's Nichte. The German word for niece. So it's "die Nichte" and "die Nichten", singular and plural of niece, respectively.

It is spelled 'jawohl' and means yes, (interjection) yes Sir, aye, aye, Sir
the second word i guess is ' Nichts dort' and means : nothing there
it could also be 'Nichts da' , means no way
