What should I do about this job? Pleas HELP!?

I had an interview a week ago monday. It went amazing the owner of the company said "I want to hire you, I like you and I usually go with my gut feeling, and my gut feeling is telling me to hire you." After the interview lasted an hour she said the only issue she had with hiring me was I had not drawn blood for a couple of years. We talked a little more and it was agreed upon that if I could get a refresher course in blood drawing that it would just put the icing on the cake. I got a refresher crouse in blood drawing the next day. I called to tell her I did it and it went well. She seemed very thrilled about it. She said she would call me Thursday and didnt so I called friday to see what was going on she said she needed to weekend to think about it and would be back to me Tuesday morning and well its Tuesday afternoon and nothing. Should I call her and see whats going on or just let it be. This job would help my family so much, I need it. I just dont want to be pushy and it end up costing me the job. What would you do?

She's probably just really busy. I'd wait another day or two and then email or call her just to touch base. While you're waiting for her to get back to you, you should keep looking for other job opportunities just in case this one doesn't go as planned.
