How can I tell if this redness on my face is sunburn or just rosacea?

Lately I've been spotting signs of rosacea (flushing/blushing/redness) and just a couple of hours ago I was outdoors (it was extremely sunny) for no more than 10 minutes. Three hours after returning home, my cheeks started to turn very red. It feels hot, but i am not sure if this could be sunburn or rosacea...because I've heard rosacea can be triggered by even the slightest sun exposure. I also have very sun-sensitive skin, so it could be either one. Can someone please help me by identifying what I could have? My nose is not red like the rest of my cheeks, and my forehead was covered by my bangs..so it is only my cheeks.

Thank you in advanced! :)

Your skin care regime may well be inflicting a number of the redness. harsh skin care constantly makes epidermis redder. i might placed on sunblock as much as conceivable if I have been you and you additionally can purchase a mild green powder which includes Make Up For Ever's and combine slightly of that for the duration of with your moisturizer and placed that on the aspects you're pink. green cancels out pink so it is going to paintings yet be beneficial to no longer use too plenty. in basic terms play with it including slightly greater powder to 3 moisturizer till you get the coverage you like.
