Running training schedule for 13 year old girl?
I am 13 and I have just been running a mile everyday to improve my stamina for track races but I need a proper workout...any ideas, tips, techniques or training schedules?

all i can say is DONT do to much intense training at 13 you are very exposed to injury because of growth im 14 and last summer i really improved I became one of the best in the uk at 800m/1500m for my age group but since then ive been injured and i know alot of people who have gone through similar things at 13 especially. maybe two solid sessions a week including races i started with that but once i started to do more thats when my injury hit so i hope you take my advice and good luck
