Ideas for Art GCSE unit 1 theme 'Rhythm'?
So we got our unit 1 gcse art theme which is rhythm. I have some ideas: music, rhythm of life, brick work, painting to music, heart beats, But I need way more. I have been thinking but I can't think of anything else. I want some ideas that are quite deep and out of the box; something others won't have thought of. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks x

I run in the gym in the morning. IF i do (by chance) run a very fast 800m time at school or something like that... how would I be able to send an application for the olympic trials? 1 AnswerOther - Holidays9 years agoLong Jump and 200m Help?
Next week I have two athletic meets; one against another club(Tuesday) and possibly one against all the schools in my borough(wednesday). The reason I say possibly is because our place on the team on wednesday depends on our performance on tuesday, so basically I have to come first in both my events on tuesday in order to attend the meet on wednesday, On tuesday I am doing long jump and 200m and I dont think i am that good. Our track is 200m but is on grass so our times are slower than they would be. my time for 200m is 31.42s which I know isnt amazing but I need some tips on how to improve at least a little bit. I am going to a track on Saturday to practise so can anyone recommend some drills to do?By the way- I have never trained before for these events and saturday is my first training session. Also, I am doing long jump. My best jump is 4.10m without training and on saturday I am planning on training so what sort of things should i do and also should i aim for height or distance? Any tips are welcome :)
1 AnswerRunning9 years ago200m and 800m training?
Ok, so I have sports day on the 5th July this year and I am not sure whether to do 200m or 800m. I'm not that good at running but I am one of the best in the year. Our school track is rubbish because it's on grass and is just 200m. How will this affect my time? This year I got 3.09 on 800m on the school track and 32.42 for 200m on the school track. For 200m I want to get under 30s and for 800m I want to get under 3 minutes, all in time for sports day. Any tips on how to train and stuff? I would like to train a maximum of 5 days a week ... Thanks!

3 AnswersOther - Sports9 years agoIs 6.40 I good 1500m time?
I am 13 year old ad have decided to start training for the mile run. I ran three
consecutive days , had a rest and did my fourth run today. On the first day I got 7.50, second day I got 7.05, third day I got 6.58 and today I got 6.40. I'm proud of my time because I suck at middle distance but is it a good time? The only training I've been doing is a mile each day but I only started last week so... Does anyone have any training plans and tips on how to get my time under 6minutes? :)
