The problem is that who defines what is a "bad" law.
for instace as a bouncer I might think that we should be allowed to bash drunk people who verbal abuse us.
but unfortnely if we did that we would get sued
EDIT
I am surprised no one has brough up smoking Marjiunia yet.. because that is the first thing that come to mind when you say "bad law" ( ie Marjiunia should be legalised -- I dont agree but that is the most obvious example)

The point of the debate is to get YOU thinking, the topic of the debate aint particularly important
Its to get YOUR brain into "gear" so that it starts REALLY thinking about and considering different aspects of things
So YOU try to image what a "bad" law might be - It would sound very good at first sight but when it came down to the real world there could be problems with it that would affect people far worse than it was intended
Make up a law if you want. Then show how it sounds good, but in reality its "bad"

Laws are laws and they're there for a reason. Different people might think certain laws might be good or bad so if bad laws were broken then every law in existance would be broken. Maybe bad laws should be altered to fit the needs of everyone?

"Should bad laws be broken?"
Yes they bloody well should because over time the number of bad laws increase while our freedoms decrease and people who are too stupid or too cowardly to break bad laws cause this loss of freedom.
Whether a law is good or bad does NOT depend on whom you ask, it depends on whether or not harm, loss or injury have occured, that is the root of common law, the law of the land.
Under article 61 of Magna Carta we have a right to lawful rebellion against unjust laws.

No you should work with your representatives to have them repealed. I do not know what a bad law is but we all see from time to time a bad and officious application of them. Local councils are very good at that

each and every regulation reward someone and imposes on some different person. Rights aren't from now on issues given to teams by potential of the authorities. Rights are unalienable. issues given to teams by potential of the authorities are mandates enforced by potential of guidelines. Are you advocating gay marriage as a gay excellent? Marriage isn't a excellent. it truly is a union ruled by potential of regulation. Gays can marry see you later as they adjust to the state regulation. guidelines could only get replaced by potential of due procedure and through the will of the human beings.
