What does the MediPac Plus plan cover?

If a person has this plan in addition to Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B, what is the benefit?

I did a search and MediPac seems to be some sort of travel health insurance offered to Canadians. I have never heard of it. Medicare itself does not work in other countries outside of America.
