Drivers license suspended ?
Can they suspend ur drivers license for an accident that happened back in 2004, my wife was driving my car that was uninsured got into an accident, paid the ticket in court. I just received a letter today from a company called HK Craig and sons saying if i dont pay $1700saying that my license will be suspended because the car was in my name. This is the first time anyone has contacted me about it since the accident in 2004.

It's a scam. Report them to your local consumer protection agency.
Also, anything that old is beyond the statute of limitations.

=== this is a scam == just call the DMV and ask if this is a collection company that is legit and you can look online to see if that company is for real .... sounds like mail fraud ....
