Depends on when you start healing it. If you start now it will take much longer due to the creation of complications than if you had started a couple of seconds after spraining it. If you know what you are doing before the accident it can be healed really quick. If you rely on rest, the medical system or "it happening" the prognosis is not good . Ever watch old people move? It's not pretty.
