Recommend me some new dramas to watch?

Japanese:

- Hana Yori Dango (100x's better than BOF.)

It's not predictable and repetitive. Lives up to it's title of "drama."

Has more interesting characters + better actors.

Synopsis:

Makino Tsukushi is the only poor student at Eitoku Gakuen, the school of the ridiculously rich and privileged that is ruled by Flower 4 or F4, a group of four boys who come from extremely powerful families: Domyoji Tsukasa, the leader and heir of the Domyoji World Finance Group; Hanazawa Rui, the introverted son of a large company; Nishikado Sojiro, a player who is the heir of a tea ceremony school; and Mimasaka Akira, a madam killer with ties to the underground. If a student gets on the F4’s bad side, he/she gets a red notice and is bullied and driven out of school. Makino hopes to pass her days quietly-- without drawing any attention to herself-- but one day, she stands up to Domyoji in defense of her friend. The next day, Makino gets the dreaded red notice. Even though she is harassed, Makino decides to keep going to school because she is a “tough weed”. She declares war right back on the F4. Her resolve gets the attention of her crush Hanazawa Rui and oddly enough, rouses romantic feelings in her worst enemy, Domyoji Tsukasa. The series is based on the Japanese shoujo manga "Hana Yori Dango" (Boys Before Flowers) by Kamio Yoko.

Synopsis:

Sumire looks over at a picture of the golden retriever that she had when she was a child and jokingly says to him, "You can stay if you become my pet." To her surprise, he agrees. She names him Momo. Synopsis:

Two elite National Security System (NSS) agents, Hyeong-Jun (Lee Byung-Hun) and Sa-Woo (Jeong Jun-Ho), who were sworn blood brothers, both fall for fellow agent Seung-Hee (Kim Tae-Hee). Sa-Woo attempts to suppress his feelings for Seung-Hee and wishes the couple the best. Hyeon-Jun is then sent off on a solo mission to Hungary. In Hungary, Hyeon-jun accomplishes his mission and while in escape mode becomes wounded. Shortly later, Hyeon-jun finds out that he was betrayed by fellow agent Sa-woo. Seung-Hee attempts to help Hyeon-Jun escape, but a car explosion separates the two and both are misled to believe that the other person are dead. Hyeon-Jun is then saved by an unknown voice and learns of the secret society "IRIS". One year later, Hyeon-Jun returns to Korea to seek revenge. During this time, the two Koreas are set to reunify, while the group "IRIS" are intent on stopping the reunification.

I only know Korean dramas so here's my list:

1. Jewel in the Palace (Dae Jung Gum?). Sorry I can't spell it.

2. Heartstrings (It has gotten quite popular, but I haven't watched it yet)

3. Tree with Deep Roots

4. Rooftop Price (I heard it's quite popular)

5. Personal Taste (It gets quite boring near the end, but it's good overall)

6. Sungkyunkwan Scandal

BTW: I love The Moon That Embraces The Sun! I can't wait til Kim Soo Hyun's new movie: The Thieves.

I dont watch anything other than korean dramas (no japenese sorry!)

However I heard from a friend that this Taiwanese drama was good: (I watched some of it)

LIE TO ME (Awesome, never finished it though)

MY PRINCESS (Still watching it, very awesome so far. This is the only drama that made me cry along with the actor so very nice acting)

CITY HUNTER (It has Lee Min Ho in it, he played Gu Jun Pyo in boys over flowers. It is an action/romance. From your selections I see you like school/romance. Trust me I liked that too but this was AMAZING! It was by far the best drama I watched since I started. 5 stars defiantly.)

PASTA (It was okay, it was cool. I think others liked it more than I did)

Thats about it. All the other ones youve already watched.

I heard PERSONAL TASTE/PREFERENCE is a good one. (I never got past the first episode it wasnt there for me)

However, I really suggest you watch CITY HUNTER please please please you will not regret it. The "Action" might turn you off but I was actually surprised I liked it. By far the best drama I've ever watched. So go ahead at watch it. It was awesome. (I had dreams about that drama afterwards)
