Why would a Picture not display properly on my Laptop Screen?

Found a Photograph I love, on the internet.

Want to use it as my desktop pic.

Photo is 1366 x 768. My screen resolution is set to 1366 x 768.

Photo will not display, on desktop, as 1366 x 768.

(When I click on "Properties" for the saved photo, size is 1366 x 768).

Does anyone know why it won't display properly?

Could the photo owner have done something to only make it display a certain way?

Thank you!

Update:

@Jed D

LOL! No, it isn't porn. :P

I re-sized it in Paint to 1825 x 768, which (oddly enough) fills the screen perfectly, BUT Windows 7 won't display re-sized image without an ugly paper thin white border.

So, I officially give up. Thank you. :-)

    I'm guessing that as you increase the size of the picture it starts to pixelate(break into small squares) becoming more blurry the larger you make it. If this is the case, it's because the picture is too small in its original form. I don't know if I can but if you email it to me at helpfulhillbilly@hotmail.com I'll try to alter it to a usable form then email it back. If it is porn don't bother. I have some time tonight so I'll watch for it or a response in Additional Details. Good Luck.
