    (x^7/5) / (x^4/5) = (x^7/5) * (x^ -4/5)

Does that help? Or do you need it further simplified?

    The rule of indices says

    (x^m) ÷ (x^n) = x^(m-n) or [(x^m)/(x^n)] = x^(m-n). Now

    x^7/5 Divided by x^4/5 = {x^(7/5)}÷ {x^4/5} = x^{(7/5) - (4/5)} = x^(3/5)

    for indices x^a /x^b=x^(a-b)

    so it's a fraction

    7/5-4/5=3/5

    x^3/5
