What size are these tires - LT285 / 75R16 122 / 119Q?

These are the numbers. They are Kelly Safari SUV tires. thanks

    285/75/16 is what you need to worry about. The 122/119 numbers are load ratings. the first metric (Canada, the second U.S.. Q is the speed rating. LT means light truck.

    Exactly what it says - LT285/75R16 122/119Q. That is how tire sizes are written. If you have a tire with different numbers it isn't the same size.
