How my brother threaten me from prison?

I don't know what you did to tick him off but it must have been good, I think your best bet would be to start at the bottom of the line with local Police. Make sure they have copies of the letters, then go back to the prison and try again ask what your rights are each time you talk to someone. If all else fails check with a lawyer to see if they have a better idea. If that is a bust I'd say move. I would bet that you are not the kind to know the "shady" people, and happen to be owed a few favors - so I really cant think of what more you can do - I hope things go okay for you and I wish you well - maybe you could go see him while he is locked up and tell him to stop ? ( that sounds kinda stupid - sorry)

Get one of they certifiicate thing's were the can't come a mile within u or else he'll be put bak into jail I can't remember what the certificate was called
