    AC/DC! They have a better legacy that Metallica can only dream of having... Metallica is great, but after the "Black Album" they went down hill... And haven't regained their status at the top... In fact, Metallica was better pre-1990 and better as an underground, cult band... Hell, even Judas Priest is better than Metallica!

    So, AC/DC now and forever!

    I like both bands but I prefer AC/DC and sometimes Metallica's songs are too long.

    Metallica.Their first five albums were perfect(especially Ride the Lightning and Metallica).AC/DC's good,but not that good.They're somewhat overrated.

    acdc man they have been around for much longer have a much bigger fan base and a much better sound.
