Just use a tablespoon or so and rinse well and all will be fine.

Chlorine, the main ingredient in Clorox, is a disinfectant in addition to being a whitener/brightener. That means it kills germs. You have to rinse your dishes as part of the washing ritual no matter what cleaner you use, so if someone wants to use a little chlorine along with her dish soap, no problem what so ever.

Not really advisable. Don't use bleach on dishes. You eat on them. And Clorox has strong chemicals that can't be easily washed away. Clorox has fluorescent agent that is harmful if taken.

Ever drink city water and it smell like bleaches? The cities uses chlorine to kill any bacteria in the water. It is perfectly fine to use it in a small amount and rinse it. When I was camping in the back country, we used to bring small amount of chlorine with us to add it to our drinking water.

I have no idea. However, if you want to kill germs using NO bleach you could try the new Palmolive that says on the front of the bottle that it kills certain kinds germs on kitchen surfaces and dishes. see link for it below...
