Is there a way to re-tread my shoes?

I don't have the mopney to go buy a new pair, but they are wearing out and I love these shoes.

Is there any way to add more tread to the bottom? I don't mean just gluing a leather piece on, because I need some good tread for walking and running and climbing, etc.

do no longer positioned on any open toed or heel shoes as a results of oil spats. you should attempt donning shoes as a results of fact if the grease receives on the floor you should slide and fall and shoes have exceptionally sturdy grip.
