Yes. If a church accepts same sex couples for marriage in their doctrine, the denial of such is a violation of their religious freedom. This is not the first time for this, however... Polygamy is also illegal but accepted by some churches.

A state can not deny a church the right to marry. Nor can the church or anyone else force its definition onto a state. The state will be ruled by those elected by its citizens. Individual citizens who want to consider themselves married need neither a church or a state's permission to do so. Its just that the couple can not force its recognition against any church or state's will.

It depend on who is denying. If the government is denying, then yes it is a violation of a Church's religious freedom. Now if it is God doing the denying, they better listen up!!!

No where in their religious text does it say same sex marriage is acceptable. Just because they allow it doesn't mean it must be allowed because of religious freedom. They could say they are in favor of marrying dogs and we all know what people would say about that.

Gays can get married in whatever twisted church will do that for them, but it's not illegal. Any bans just prevent government from being forced to recognize it.

GOD is against it. Churches should be against it. Those who are not, are not following the word of God and they will suffer consequences for it. Romans 1:18-32; 1 Cor. 6:9,10
