Many PetSmarts have Banfield Hospitals inside them that would be able to deworm your kittens for you, but this is going to a vet.
The regular store staff should not be adminstering medication to animals since they have no medical training and would make the store liable for any overdoses, wrong medications, allergic reactions, etc that may happen.
Also the store will have piperazine but that only takes care of roundworms. Banfield or another veterinary clinic would have access to more broad spectrum de-wormers.
