What does, "no soy gringo" mean?

In central america and Mexico it means I´m not american, here in Argentina it could either mean I´m not Italian or I´m not blonde depending on the region, it doesn´t really have the same meaning everywhere.

i'm no longer a gringo [an Anglo-American from the rustic or Canada]. What have been you doing in Nicaragua with so little information of Spanish which you probable did no longer even understand that 'soy' capacity 'i'm"? Or grew to become that for the time of basic terms your little shaggy dogs tale?

"gringo" means that "I'm not a WHITE AMERICAN FROM THE USA" it's only refering to WHITE AMERICANS FROM USA. (because AMERICA is a continent)
