How can american kids be so disobedient and illmannered?

It's because current "rules", made by someone whom everyone decided to listen to for whatever reason, and by politically correct chumps, tell us that we can't correct kids because they have to feel good about anything they are doing or it will reduce their self esteem. And you can't spank them because it's abusive and they can sue you. You have to let them be part of a team regardless of how lazy or out of shape they are, or they will lose self-esteem and it's all your fault not theirs. In other words, the self-styled cutting edge intellectuals from liberal circles are degrading our nation's character one generation at a time. People in my parent's generation were courteous, and when they dressed, they looked sharp. People took care to look sharp and polished, as best they could. There were social graces.

Shut the hell up!! Your just mad because your not American!! Your just simply looking at the bad side of Americans. There are millions of good things about us. Lot's of children and teens have high respect for their parents. The reasons SOME children disrespect their parents because the parents let them and don't care. Your parents probaly enforce the rules and care. And FYI people all over the world disrespect their parents not just Americans. You are probaly the stupidest person on the face of the earth. At least we can spell!! Go back to grade school and learn!!

Kids are like that around the world. Have you ever been to the UK?

ps The Swedes have LAWS that "spare the rod", and their kids aren't holy terrors, but they aren't angels either. I've never seen an American kid do ANY of that. Are you sure you aren't getting your info from trashy talk shows and the Internet?

i have 5 boys and they love me more than anything.they do express themselves often.but ,we allow that.they may argue a little but they are certainly not the ones out shooting people in drive-bys and selling dope on the corners.not to say that white kids don't ever do this,but it has been proven that african american teenagers have a much,much higher rate of gun violence,gang violence and drug related deaths.also a much much higher rate of drop outs,and murders,and theiving and gang jumping innocent people.

so,you might want to do some research before you go judging white families.

American mothers and fathers are fairly neglectful at the same time as it comes do discipline. they are extra interested in being their youthful ones' associates particularly than their mothers and fathers. interior the midsection East, they fairly recognize a thanks to be mothers and fathers.

Every country has kids who act like that...
