Why do I get tired when I get a sunburn?
After I get a sunburn later I get much more tired than usual. What causes this?

There are a couple of reasons. For one, sunburn makes you dehydrated, which can cause fatigue. So make sure to drink plenty of water. Secondly, your body is going into healing mode because you have injured your skin. Your own immune response can make you feel tired.

I'm not a doctor, bur I imagine you're body is using a lot of energy to heal and repair itself the same way it fights an illness. Stay hydrated!
