How old were you when you got married?

I'm getting married in August, and I am 29 years old. I was 28 when we got engaged, and 27 when we met. We actually met at a bar- he was playing drums, I was having a drink with a friend who just happened to know him. She introduced us and we have been together every single day since then. I didn't know he was "the one" right away, but something in my told me to keep hanging around him, and after 2 months I knew we would end up getting married. Our relationship gets better every day, I couldn't have chosen a better person to spend my life with.

I got engaged at 22 and I'm getting married next year when I'm 23. We met in class at University. I didn't know he was the one right away but I knew I was attracted to him and comfortable around him.

We were both 22. We met at a mutual friends wedding when we were 19, everyone told him to leave me alone, and told him that I wouldn't like him, but he asked me to dance anyways, and we became really great friends. We started dating and got engaged the next year when we were 20. We got married February 26, 2011. No, I didn't think he was the one until we had been dating for about 6 months.

I got married when I was 18, he was 17. My best friend in high school was a guy, who was gay. I met his little brother walking home from school one day. He had the most beautiful smile and green eyes, broad shoulders. So gorgeous. But he was a little bit of a player. He asked me out three months later and against his brothers advice I went out with him. I remember thinking that even if it didn't work out he was going to be my first and that I was gonna have a baby with him. About five months after we became a couple he asked me to marry him and I laughed at him because I thought he was joking, I mean we were so young. He broke up with me a week later, we were broken up for about three months durin which he had a girlfriend, but he called me to complain about her all of the time. When I was a senior we started talking again after he dumped her and we got back together. He asked me to marry him again and I said yes! I know it wasn't for the sex because we had already been sexually active. And a year after we became a couple we got married, things moved SUPER fast for us but twelve years later we are still together, happy and still very much in love and we have four beautiful boys!

We got engaged when we were 19 and married in the same week lol. We are now planning a big wedding for this october.

We met my freshman year of high school, we were good friends for a while, and then dated my junior/ his senior year. We broke up then, but I guess sometimes you need time apart to grow. He matured alot, and I knew I was falling in love him when we were back together for about 2 weeks. The night after I realized it, he told me he loved me. So I think that we have pretty much been on the same page since we started dating again.

We get married 6 weeks before my 30th birthday (he is 3 years younger than me). We knew pretty soon after meeting each other that we loved each other.

22, back in the day, cruisin' , yes and still married, will be 40 years in December

If I get married again it will be for love.
