When you transfer colleges what transcript do they look at more? I attended 2 different colleges. I went away to college for 2 years and had a 1.6 g.p.a overall. I transferred to a college closer to home for 1 year and got a 3.4 in the fall semester and got a 3.75 last semester which put me on the president's list which gives me a 3.5 overall.

What would you say?

What's it like transferring in the middle of a semester? Is it harder to meet people and find your way around the campus? Would you say it's better to apply for the fall or spring semester?

I'm currently finishing my associate program in December. I don't know if I should apply for the spring semester or the fall semester. I feel if I transfer in the middle of the semester it will be harder to meet new friends. If it helps, I'll be dorming.

I jammed my pointer finger the other day. I couldn't get an appointment with my local doctor because he wasn't available so I went to the hospital and the male doctor told me to take off my clothes and put on the hospital gown. I told him I jammed my finger, and he insisted that I take off all my clothes. He said he wanted to check if I had a cold, so they did some testing for mono, strep and then had a male nurse insert something in my vagina to see if I had an std. Does anyone find this weird, I went there for a jammed finger..and nothing else.. I feel like I should sue them.

I tried to sell my textbooks on campus through the bookstore, the bookstore said they are not using those editions next semester. Any ideas of how to sell them? I heard about selling them through ebay, but I don't have a pay pal account so idk if that will be an issue, but someone at work said you could sell them through amazon? If you have any ideas, please let me know :) college textbooks are such a waste - you never get back what you paid smh - _ -

Everyone in my family except for me says that they felt like they were being choked in their sleep for years. I never have had that experience, in fact I really got good sleep there. Do you think there was evil spirits or ghosts? and if there was, why didn't they attack me?
