male medical problem?
my boyfriend is 40 and has had a problem several years. he will get a lower back discomfort, then by next day he gets a pain in groin area and it feels as if someone is pulling up on his testical. we have searched all the web symptom finder sites, none recognize this symptom.

ive heard about a vricocele vein that can cause that pulling feeling on the testicle, search that maybe thats it or it can be epidytimis i think its an infection but these two things can be it, i would definately suggest a visit to a urologist.

I got so hungry once, my stomach tried to rip my liver out and eat it.
Maybe it's a bit like that but he needs to be fed more sexy time or it will eat his testicals.
