Is this acne?? Please help!!!!?
I have allergies and my skin is really sensitive I have this pinkish-reddish pimples i don't know what it is but its all over my cheekbones the right and a little on the left. What is it??? Am I really getting acne? Or is it my allergies please help!!

It could be acne if you are going through puberty. What age are you? Girls usually get acne ages 10-14 ish. Boys a bit later. But it sounds kind of like kp, or keratosis pilarisis. KP is a genetic disorder of the skin. When the body makes too much keratin, a protein in hair, little pink or reddish dots appear. KP is a very common disorder. About 20% of the world's population has it. Sadly, there is no cure for KP. So if you do have it, you will have to live with it. Luckily, most adults grow out of it.
