Why are people upset about 'The Spear' painting?
It is part of the 'Hail to the Thief II' exhibition. Nobody seems upset about that.
I suppose it has become the norm in South Africa to accept thievery in the form of kick-backs, bribery and other shenanigans. Hence the silence.
