Conservatives: Are you for a flat tax for all?

Update:

Flat tax as in everyone pays the same PERCENTAGE of their income regardless of how it was earned, spent, etc.

Example (random number of say, 6%) :

Made $100 last year, pay $6 in taxes.

Made $10,000 last year, pay $600 in taxes.

Made $1 million last year, pay $60,000 in taxes.

No deductions, no loopholes, no minimum income.

No, as I am against a national sales tax. I agree there should be with your assertion of no deductions, no loopholes and, no tax breaks based on the industry type.

First and foremost, I'm for huge spending cuts. Taxes collected have become a drop in the ocean of the ridiculous spending in D.C.

I'm for a small state sales tax (if necessary), a simplified corporate tax code, and zero tax on labor.

It would be better than what we have now...EVERYONE MUST PAY but,

I'm for a NATIONAL SALES TAX. That way even drug dealers could not get out of paying taxes!

I prefer the fair tax but would settle for a flat tax at this point

Flat tax, as in everyone pays the same amount? No. Then it'd either be the low-incomes are paying too much compared to their income, or high-incomes are paying to little and nobody's happy.

No, I prefer a national sales tax. Don't spend it and you keep it.
