My sister and I have the same problem! I bought this lotion stuff from the store made for old people's eyes and it actually made a huge difference- evened out the color and tightened my skin. It was expensive but so worth it. If you have picasa on your computer or can download it, their spot editor works great, we have to edit the crease out and that is the only program that makes it look natural. She wont let you put on foundation? Strange, you're 16, you should be allowed to wear makeup. If you do get the chance, try covergirl, and barely use any. You do not need eye surgery! Make sure your hair is healthy, get split ends cut off, and use a protective oil on the tips if you use heat tools on it. Like hair dryer, flat iron, curling iron. With the right style and care anybody's hair could look awesome. If you don't have money for any of this stuff, get out there and get a job! You are 16 right? Also make sure you're hydrated and take a multivitamin, healthy is beautiful. Good luck (:

There are a few things that can help reduce the appearance of them

1, put cold, wet teabags on them for about 30 minutes a night

2, put cold fresh cucumber on them for 30 minutes a night

    3, use daily moisturiser

4, get some concealer and face powder or try and convince your Mom to let you have a little make up (foundation won't help, it'll accentuate it by creasing into the lines)

5, drink plenty water to hydrate the skin

6, use a weekly face mask, tea tree oil ones will work best

7, massage the area softly with moisturiser specifically for the eye area with your finger tips for 20 minutes twice a day

8, most importantly, get 8-10 hours sleep a night!

Stay away from any caffeine, alcoholic or tobacco products, as they dehydrate the skin. Try to eat a bit healthier too. Stay away from dairy and greasy foods as much as possible!

    Hope this has helped :)

I have had the equal concern... I use naked mineral make up now and it is helping disguise it whilst making it higher even as... They even have nutrients in your face... works really good... whatever else i observed that labored for me used to be mary kay eye revitilizer... i simply couldnt' bear in mind to make use of it! Give the mary kay a take a look at first... it is the least expensive... however i suppose it's going to be just right for you!! I was once a Mary Kay guide.
