can anyone tell me the movie?

okay fine...so a few years back i saw this movie where there was a boy a small child...he had a new neighbor...a girl...the boy had a sister...she liked barbies...both the boy and girl discovered a place...some secret place...where they had to go like a tarzan swing kinda thing...they had a bully girl in their school...later the father discovered....they ha a sort of king-queen problem...and then the girl i guess...became the queen...she died at the end...something like that

    and they go like Tarzan over a creek where the girl(Leslie) fell and dies as a result of breaking of the rope(whatever it is).

    the bully girl asked Leslie for money to use the lavatory, right?
