it is an automated system , if two or more trusted reporters report a question or answer it is removed. no one from staff reads i until, unless the violation is appealed. yes on weekends and summer there are alot of younger users. they, like all age groups have some who add valuable content to the site and some once again like all age groups just are silly or troll

Reading reports? What do you mean? This is a user-moderated site. As such, it takes two or more reports from reliable users to get a question or answer removed. If you think your item was unjustly reported and removed, there is a link to appeal the decision in the violation notification email you would have received. A real human only sees the item in question when and if you appeal. If you think the reporting was unsubstantiated, by all means appeal.

Please have a look at the Community Guidelines before you appeal, however. Having a question or answer reported and removed costs you 10 points. Appealing and losing costs you another 10.
