Can a company (country club) legally do this?
hello :)) our country club recently put into place some new prices, sevreal member are infuraded and planning to leave.
here's what happened.... our country club charges all of the yearly costs, membership, right away. they did that this year but... a few weeks after opening they started charging extra after payment was made (the billing at first states that that is the membership) and these exra fees later in the year, you must pay to maintain membership, althought the membership fee has been paid.. thanks everybody ( we live in USA)

they could if they have a valid reason but they can't deny charging more if they have receipts that say paid in full
i don't blame them for leaving and if i was a member i would be talking class action law suit with other members
