If an employer causes a vehicle accident while running errands for them, must they pay?
I live in Missouri, and today, I ran some errands for my boss. I was in an accident, and the cost to repair my vehicle is $1000 dollars. Is it their responsibility?

they have no legal obligation to pay for your vehicle, that is why you have insurance, they may be morally obligated but not legally.

How did the employer cause an accident? Was he in your car with you?
If you caused the accident it is you and/or your insurance company's responsibility. If another driver caused the accident it is their responsibility.
Now, had you been hurt in the accident it would have, in most states, been a workers compensation issue for the injury not the car.

There are limit on costs at family contributors point.. costs are desperate with the help of government. there's a cost administration. needless to say, expenses are greater so no longer rewarding. call for and furnish of shares, profitability of the employer, promotors' integrity, government policies, operators, international developments and so on. are the components in determining share costs.

If you were on the clock they should pay if they had you use your own car unless you were at fault then that gets a bit dicey
