Is corn flour yellow or white and can I make tortilla with?

I use the white color corn flour or starch like they call to make tortilla and I couldn't. so i grind the corn i have for popcorn and the color turn yellow not white, why?

    Cornflour is white and you can't make tortilla with it, that requires a different kind of flour.

    yes I think you can just grind up corn. and you can defiantly make tortillas out of it like corn tortillas

    yes you can ground it up, but it would probably be easier just to buy it at the store
