Any Suggestions To Keep Cat from Jumping off second floor Balcony?

Need a way to keep cat from jumping off second floor porch ?

This January She came to Us

she is 100% irreversible Deaf and was physically abused

OMG she is now a Happy Diva.She will see my son on the back porch getting something and she meows and try's

to head butt the screen she sits on the window sill for hours . So ANY Suggestions on how when she goes out on the porch which is second floor up How to keep

to keep Her from Jumping Up or Up and down or up and

over the porch railings please id be grateful.

again plz no keep her in ,I have

4 others they don't have to be kept in. Two are adults who completely are trained &

, two are 5 week old kittens have a huge play pen

But I need a way to keep the white one from jumping and leaping

Please as inexpensive as possible.

No chicken coop,or any thing that will Block the view.

when I said Came to Us ,I meant as In came into Our Lives ..     You said the cat came to you....so it was an outside cat and it is very hard to train them to stay inside. Most blue eyed white cats are deaf and people abuse them because they don't release they cannot hear what is said or when you come up behind them they are startled and strike out. If you really are uncomfortable with her safety, maybe you should find another home for her or see if a local shelter can help you with information on how to handle this. Good luck.
