Rainbow Boa. Website to buy from? Peruvian/Brazilian? Etc.?

Thinking about adding another snake to my collection, and it is without a doubt going to be a rainbow boa. I'm going to get a baby so I have a 10 gallon I'm going to put her in until she's older. Then I was planning on getting a 55 but adding vines and such so she can climb up higher in the cage to stretch out. I read that's what you should do in a care sheet, so would that be ok? I was also going to use a glass top instead of screen top to help hold humidity, and I was going to get a repti fogger or something similar to maintain humidity.

I'm torn though. I love the Peruvian Rainbow boa. But they're more expensive and harder to come by. So should I just settle for a Brazilian? Definitely not getting a Columbian. Ugly in my opinion.

Next, what website should I buy from? Does anyone know of a website that has Peruvians for sale? Undergroundreptiles.com has Brazilian babies for sale sometimes for 100, which is pretty good, but they chose the baby for you, so I might order one from a classifieds on kingsnake so I know which one I'm getting. Even if it's a little more. But any other website suggestions are appreciated. And any sites selling Peruvians please!

So anyone who owns Brazilians or Peruvians, how are they as pets? I know as juvies they can be real nippy, but with handling I could work that out of them. They're just such beautiful animals.

Thanks in advance.

Kingsnake.com has them from time to time. A guy I know named brian Hummel has some of the prettiest Brazilian in my opinion. Not sure of his sites name but google it n u shld find it. N as babies they can b nippy, n their teeth r close to a tree pythons, they hurt for bng a small snake. I will say make sure tht snake has water daily tho, even one day without water can kill this snake. N glass over half the tank works just fine for keeping humidity in. If u dnt have one I wldnt waste the money on a fogger tho. They rnt needed n really dnt do a whole lot, brian gives all his a full mist a couple times a week n that's it. Just provide water all the time.

Bryan Hummel does produce some outstanding looking animals. His website is WAY out of date though. Look him up on facebook, and send a msg through there. I think he had his email and phone there too.

If you want genuine peruvians, I'd go with Jeff Clark. He posts most of his ads on kingsnake. If you can't find a contact for him, msg me and I'll send it to you, I have his email somewhere.

Dave Colling is where I'm going to get my next rainbows from. Some of hots animals are amazing too.

Aubrey @ slipstream serpents has some nice rainbows as well. I don't know her site but you should be able too look her up.

I agree with the above answers, the foggers are a waste of money. Dave Colling has a good humidity care sheet on his site as well if I remember correctly.

Most towns have an independent save that sells objects like this. It's hard to inform you the place to go when you consider that I have no idea where you live. Quite a lot of these stores may have sample tarot decks that you may preserve and get a suppose for. Which you could buy tarot playing cards at Barnes and Noble, but they should not have the other stuff you're watching for.
