Bailey's Banana Colada (bbc)

Ingredients

1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream

1 oz. Rum (Preferably Dark Rum)

1 oz. Banana Liqueur

1 Banana

3 oz. Pina Colada Mix

Instructions

Put banana and liqueur into blender until it is a thick paste. Add Bailey's Irish cream, pina colada mix and rum. Blend well then add 1 cup of ice and blend again until smooth.

Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6. 2. Combine the wheatgerm or breadcrumbs, salt, garlic powder and a little pepper. Place the mixture in a large plastic bag. 3. Combine the water and egg white in a bowl. Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture and then drop into the plastic bag. Shake until the chicken is thoroughly coated. 4. Place the coated chicken pieces on a non-stick baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through, tender and golden brown, turning once midway through cooking.
