It's not a lung. It's my ***. I need to know what the black things are.

    MRI? The closest image I could find to it online is below. Wouldn't your doctor be the best person to interpret this image?

    Calcium deposits? Just a guess. You've posted your question in "words & wordplay" and might have a better chance of knowledgable answer in "health". Suggest though that you remove the name from top left corner of the pic.
