What makes this person such a Magnet?

I'm going to disagree with the leo rising thing and say its just her Libra sun. Libras suns are quite popular as well as libra rising.

Venus in Scorpio can give a 'femme fatale' sometimes. Conjunct Jupiter can make her venus stronger than it actually is or than she comes off. Venus-Pluto conjunct (especially while other people around her age may have the same Pluto placement) can cause obsessions.

Neptune in 5th is not bad either. I'd say she has some good and harmonious placements

sukra/venus in lagna makes her most sought after person,to say in general.moon and jupitor conjunction/mutual aspect, also likely to influence her stature to a great extent to be a magnetic personality.this is the assumption.

humilty, reservedness,self confidence,knowledge,good looking features and sound expression are some of the attributes to be thought of in this direction.
